If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Our products may be returned only if unused, unopened, and in original condition, within 14 days of the shipment date. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product is unused and unopened
- The product is in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 14 days of shipment
Product that does not meet this criteria will not be accepted for return.
Returns must be approved by our customer service team before shipping back to us. Please contact us to request a Return Authorization prior to returning any product.
Restocking Fee, Shipping & Refunds
All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which includes the cost of return shipping. The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Refunds are issued after the returned product is received by us and inspected for compliance with this policy.
Refunds (minus the restocking fee) will be issued to the original method of payment.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately so we can assist with return or replacement options.
